There is a program call the Couch to 5k which starts you slowly and gradually. I also own asthma and have have great success on this. I hadn't run within almost 10 years. I'm on week 4 and doing great. I was overweight when I started and own lost 32 pounds.
There are even free podcasts for it on iTunes.
Talk to your parents about geting within a visit to the doctor to have a chat about what you want to do. If you don't own one an inhaler will help near any exercise induced asthma.

those are good exercises heave wieghts to and eat vigorous also strech out at home and lay on the floor and if you have a football/basebal shoot it up and detain it when your at the top of the sit up...it works out your arms too try it
