some days route too many, other days not ample
About 1300 but I am still gaining substance... I have restricted chance to exercise so I guess I inevitability to cut to 1000 or less to lose weightiness...
1200 but am on steroids so its hard to shift bulk

Depends on your needs or condition. e.g. If you are diabetic, you may be advocate to have as low as1500. If you are infantile, does heavy work, you would call for 3000 calories.

I was trying to lose mass for an operation so stuck religiously to 1000 calories only to be told by the hospital dietitian that not a soul should ever limit themselves to so few calories. Since after I have be on 1400 calories and the weight have come off lovely and I carry my new hip and knees on August 13th.
Nobody else will have one and the same calorific obligation as you so you should be talking near a dietitian rather than asking on here you know.
Far too plentiful, don't even know how many i should be havin, but i bet the 2-3 bar of choc, bags of crisps and sweet stuff i own during the day contain satisfactory for the week!
Not complaining though, i manage to stay slim!
Try to stick to 1500 but am a chocoholic so that's tricky. I think its supposed to be 2000 for women and 2200 for men who only want to maintain their immensity.
Depends on your weight ,age , stir level and sexual characteristics. it is different for everyone.
