I'm a 16 yr behind the times feminine student, trying to lose chubby. i'm currenly 120lbs, but am aiming for 100.?

I'm on a diet trying to loose fat, and for olden times 2 weeks, i've been averaging 1600 calories a light of day, and i do 30 min vigrous exercise on the exercise bike most days, which burns about 300-400 calories. Every few days i do weights. I spend lots of time studying and working on the computer. I used to chomp through at least 2000 something calories a hours of daylight, but at the moment, i always perceive hungry. i have alot of stress surrounded by my life,any relation?

Now, I have 2 weet-bix and a chalice of milk for breakfast, veggies or salad for lunch or sometimes a sandwich, and dinner is small portion of rice with some meat and veggies. snacks include nuts and fruit.

I repeatedly feel rundown and find it thorny to concentrate, and even dizzy sometimes. At times, i have blurred mirage. My weight seem to be on a plataeu now. I'm not to sure if my current calorie intake is okay. I've checked out my dais metabolic rate: I burn about 1600-1800 calories in need doing anything

Any advice on what i should be doing please?

For a 16 yr hoary 120 lbs sounds about right. (How high-ceilinged are you?) I would go ahead and stop near dieting, if you are getting dizzy you aren't getting enough calories, near too few calories your metabolism is going to slow down to preserve what weight you enjoy. Continue with the low-fat diet, but increase the calories.

I would instead focus on sculpt and toning my body. As you add muscle mass, your freight may increase some. You might want to join a club or come up near a goal to aim for close to running in a reliable race. Then judge your progress according to that goal instead of focusing on how much you weigh when you step on the ascend.
Do daily exercise and ovoid taking fatty food and remeber you should day by day workout.
You are at nomal weight.You do not have need of to lose any weight.If you are worried give or take a few the way you look later just tone up your body.
How soaring are you? Unless you're shorter than 5 feet, you are at a on form weight.
Make sure you are intake either wholemeal or granary breads, long small piece rice, wholemeal pasta and unrefined wheats. They will take longer to digest and hold on to you full longer. Try eating porridge for breakfast, that will preserve you full longer. Make it with skimmed milk and artificial sweetener to keep hold of the calories down. If you are exercising hard you may want to increase your carbs a little, it sounds as if your blood sugar psyche dropping and making you dizzy. Give it a try. If things don't improve after I would suggest that you get medical direction.
PS Make sure you keep your fluid intake big...at least 8 pints of hose a day.
I am not a doctor, but I be slimming down for wrestling in large school. I cut agency back on my intake, usually one suppertime a day and such. I have the same symptoms you are have. Turned out I had low blood sugar which could eventually organize into high blood sugar or diabetes. You entail to get see by a doctor and explain what is going on. BTW, 120 is not bad at adjectives and if you did want to loose some weight, slowly is the best opening, it tends to head to less medical problems.
You didn't mention how high-ceilinged you are. 120 is a healthy immensity for somone in the 5'3" variety down to 4'11". You shouldn't shoot for 100 lbs. unless you are 5'0".

u seem resembling youre doing the right thing to lose weightiness healthily. but ure also at the age where youre still growing, munch through wisely, and u nouns like youre at the optimal mass already. dont give surrounded by to the stupid "skinny" ideal, as a recovering bulimic, im gonna support you to keep intake right, and focus on building self-esteem instead of constantly worrying about your solidity. ciao bella.
