I sit at a desk adjectives day long also so I know how flowing it can be to start packing on the pounds while not eating much.
Google isometric exercises. An isometric exercise is where on earth you use the force of your own body weight and strength against itself. You can do these anywhere and not a soul will even know when you are doing them. There almost isn't a part of your body that you can't work out near isometric exercises and you do them when ever you think in the region of it.
If you get 2 breaks and a 30 minute lunch, rob 30 minutes a day first and walk. You'll still own the other 30 minutes to eat lunch or be next to your friends.
What I like is that not just does no one know when you are doing them, it also doesn't break you into a sweat.
You can also do them while doing institution work.
Stop eating.

Yep. No snacking at work, take short walk on your break. Don't sit all hours of daylight and send culture for stuff sometimes you can walk and take them. Inside of e-mail docs you can actually convey them to the person who desires it. things like that will draw from you move throughout your work day. honest luck
What works for me is working out at lunchtime. During lunch, go for a meander, even if it's just around your building...or better but, if you can find a gym close by, do a quick (20-30 min) workout in that. Grab something quick for lunch (I find yogurt to be good) and ring up it good.

Sure... walk everywhere and dont use the elevator. Make sure to drink plenty of hose down (I mean ALOT of water) since this have helped me stabilize my weightiness since I too sit a desk all time long. walk around the organization on your break and if you cant do that then drive to a park and bearing there... basically some ideas...
