How can I shape my muscles?
Answer:
despite what most people meditate, it is actually impracticable to "shape" muscles as your asking. most people deduce that by doing lower reps, u will add strength or mass, and by doing greater reps u will be able to shape your muscles. this is if truth be told a myth.
if u want your muscles to be as shaped, there are single two things u can do. first of all, as you must know, your body stout percentage must be low in lay down to bring the definition of your muscle out (like your bicep). the second thing is that you must train train surrounded by the hypertrophy (muscle growth) range. this is largely 6-10 reps but i recommend 8 reps. this will cause muscle growth to transpire. as your muscle becomes bigger and bigger, it will enjoy more and more shape. then by losing the flabby, it will really be defined.
all dignified reps do is make your muscles harder because of the glycogen it allows to be stored surrounded by your muscle.
this is the only entry u can do. trust me. i know what im saying.
and also, surrounded by order to net your muscles bigger, like i said, it is unquestionably critical to eat a glorious calorie diet with lots of protein and even more carbs. you cannot put on muscle lacking eating seriously
however, the shape of your muscles are due mostly to genes...
well it could be contained by your genes my brother has a small frame i hold an average size frame
how long have you be going to the gym ? i am sure that you have be watching the other guys and learning from them ?
what you stipulation to do is focus on technique doing both the negative and positive of the exercise and using a counterbalance where it is difficult to obtain to 10 reps . do not flail the weights that does no good at adjectives , go slow and hold the high point point of each exercise and squeeze that muscle until it hurts ! and do it until you ponder you can do no more and pump out 5 more. I do 5 sets of 5 differnt exercises doing 8- 10 reps . for each body subdivision
