I love running but....i obligation direction?

I love running, but i dont want to lose any weight i am a moment ago getting to were i want to be as far as cargo goes. 5'9 150 lbs. Now also i want to stay and even return with stronger, but i dont want a lot of muscle mass. I approaching being extremely strong for my size. I live contained by florida so no hills or mountains. Can i incorperate something into a run that will also relieve me gain more strength and endurance? climb trees or something lol. something in need using weights. i just dont really approaching lifting weights but i love to push my body to the limits. wierd i know. any suggestion?

Hi you probably have duplicate muscle type as myself, I used to run alot also. I won alot of races do to the type of muscle i own. My muscle tends to be completely strong and able to move massively fast for the smaller size.

I own lifted wieghts also. I be able to bench 250lbs no problem next to arms half the size as guys who could not raise that much wieght.

My suggestion to you is try creatine, this stuff worked wonders for me, and if you have this same body type you burn calories really speedy so you should add some sorta shake that have calories in it. Its cheaper later then the food you will run through.

Oh ya and in attendance is a strength training where you move up imaginary wieghts creating your own resistance surrounded by the movement, i forget what its called. It works also
Incorporate stairs into your routine. Running up and down stairs will strengthen your legs in need adding much muscle.
