Today is the first morning of a untried diet. Any tips?

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a light of day. Nothing other than hose in between. Include plenty of rare vegetables and fruits in respectively meal, preferably 50%. Chew respectively morsel at least 32 times to cause ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walk regularly preferably twice a day.
U will do what u have not even dreamt and that too within a reasonable time. Do not be contained by a hurry.
Drink plenty of water, at most minuscule 6 glasses a daylight.
Don't snack on crisps/sweet. Eat fruit/nuts.
Base your results on body shape , not weight (a far better authority!).
Try to keep sugary/fizzy drinks to a minimum.
