This month I gave up smoking and caffeine. I started smoking when I be 13 (now 21) about a pack a afternoon. I was raise on soda & thats the only item in our house to drink. I never drank sea..only diet soda. Now I ONLY drink marine. I want to be as healthy as possible. Can anyone report to me what benefits I will be noticing for giving up these 2 things? Thank you!
