Answers: If here was an glib, quick route of doing it, why would me and millions of others spend countless hours in the gym working our tail off for no origin? Sorry man only course to become buff and in shape is on a proper ingestion plan, cardio and resistance training. You can find cheaper ways of getting your lean proteins, complex carbs, etc.but nothing is confident about it. Life long process.
MOTIVATION!! fitness rx magazine have great workout plans and if you stick to them and push your self..im a personal trainer and i own many relatives asking me if i know the movie 300?? and if i know their workout..you can google 300 workout and its very intense...they did alot of training in the past they did the actual "300 workout" though, if you have a friend it help out so you can spot eachother you will need to workout 6 days a week...1hr and a partially a day...so be not detrimental.good luck
