I am 40 stone and cant lose any counterweight - Do you estimate I should merely stop trying and save consumption?
Answers: Personally I think as long as you munch through healthily you're on the right track. If you feel approaching you are obese then don't net it worse by eating freshly for the sake of it. Many people I hold come across have a thyroid problem which is what make them baigger regardelss of what they eat. As for losing weightiness, I have no proposal there, a moment ago eat able-bodied. I know healthy drinking is extremely expensive, but try as hard as you can. Also, you did not metaphorical on your age, and who knows, you may still enjoy the chance to start making it better a bit than continue making it worse. It's never too belated, and I have also hear of people who are honourably young and overweight, but next to a lust for life. Remember that the elder you get, ie pensioners age, you will start losing freight anyway as your body slows down everything, literally, so just stay fighting fit and stay away from too much fast food, as you might run a strength risk just by consumption junk. Have a well, healthy diet and do as much exercise as you can, don't push yourself too much, but also don't be too idle. Try to feel righteous about yourself and you will cram to accept others close to you - there are oodles out there!
