Neck problems when doing crunches/situps?
anyone know what I'm conversation about or enjoy this problem? What am I doing wrong? or am I doing it right, I'm just too insipid?
Any suggestions for what to do instead?
Answer:
I have impossible to tell apart problem. I do situps on a big ball & it seem to be easier & I get better results. Just don't come up too far, a moment ago barely up; tighten those abs and hold & jump back down. See if that help.
While you are laying flat on the ground, make longer your neck. Relax it and remember to hoist from the chest. Lift your shoulder blades off the floor. If you crank your person in charge forward you are doing it wrong. Hold your neck straight minus straining.
Only put one hand losing your head and "rest" your herald onto that hand. Concentrate on using your abs & posterior to crunch up. Pretend your hand is a moment ago there for the ride. Don't verbs the neck w/ your paw.
You may want to try alternative exercises such as reverse crunches whereby you lay flat on back and roll your legs up and into your chest, later back down. This works the lower abs in good health.
