Can i lose 15-20 pounds contained by nearly 2 months if i do these things?
only devour when im hungry
eat small portions
devour fruit for breakfast
eat lean cuisines for lunch (those things are so right!)
no fatty, oily, or sweet foods
drink 3-4 bottles of river a day (thats in the region of 51-68 ounces of water)
bike a lot! (what i do is bike 20 miles per year 4 miles before breakfast, 4 miles within between breakfast and lunch, 4 miles twice in between lunch and dinner, and between a 2 mile and 4 mile bike ride after dinner)
i also play tennis 2wice a week and swim for a time

-Make sure you drink more hose, and don't eat any style of junk food, or candy.
-Lift weights, but enormously light ones within order to tone your body more, and also use those weights and do some squats. They are appropriate your your thighs and buttocks.
-Try doing sit ups and a few push ups.

Add more than fruit to your breakfast. Maybe some yogurt to shift with the fruit, and toast or eggs. Also, if you're awareness up for a snack sometimes don't be afraid to chew on some pretzels or fruit. And add more fiber to your diet. It help speed up your metabolism.
Other than that, you're more than good to progress.
i think thats plenty of excersize. your aspiration wont be hard to arrive at as long as you stay true to your diet! good luck

As long as you consume smaller number calories than you burn you will lose weight. Now that doesn't equal mortal healthy. So your diet sounds similar to it would lead to cargo loss, but it doesn't sound entirely on top form.
this is very convincing, I lost 23 pounds in 10 weeks! So you can do it, it is unyielding, but it is possible! Try to eat low carbs, remember that fruit have natural sugars contained by them...you could try eggs for breakfast.and they exercising is wonderful! So don't give up, and reward your self, every two weeks! It help out so you aren't depriving yourself too much! Good Luck!
