Can focusing on one arm more than the other while working out be unhygienic?
Answer:
the main problem would be if you be working on one muscle group and ignoring its counter chunk. For example, if you just raise your biceps for your arms and tend to ignore the triceps... one muscle (the bigger one, the bicep) will probably verbs harder and possibley cause injury to your arm overall. With your instant situation I don't see any real serious spoil, but it is always devout to be balanced while working out, try doing excersizes that focus on using both arms at indistinguishable time. I mean you wouldn't want to stop up like that female in the powerade commercial next to one arm way bigger than the other, thats simply gross haha. good luck
I dont suggest it would be harm .But it might produce one larger than the other.Try working alittle more on the other one also. However im no doctor.
no, but you may have more muscle on one arm than the other giving u a distorted look
Everybody is a touch stronger in one arm than the other. Usually if your right hand, it'll be your right arm. You just use it more.
Can it hurt you? Not really. Will it slow the progress of your workouts? Definitely.
The body won't allow one side to bring back substantially larger than the other. If it did Tennis Players, for example, would have one HUGE arm because they other hold the raquet in that mitt. The same would go for vote.Baseball Pitchers.
As long as you keep favoring your right arm, it will remain more defined than the departed, and probably slightly larger, but neither will see significant growth. Start working out with a straight tavern instead of dumbells for a few months and it will force the weaker arm to catch up.
The singular possible "bad" side effect of overtraining one arm is that eventually the joints contained by that arm will give out previously the other one. But that's a long-term injury, and again more likely for a Baseball Pitcher than a guy who only needs to start using a straight shaft.
Remember your ultimate workout objective is a lean, healthy, symetrical body.
