Why does my body get the impression close to crap when I don't exercise?
Answer:
If you run everyday, later when you skip days your confusing your body, as its expecting you to go out and run!
because exercise does the body apt. just saunter and stretch on days off...
and lead to you're missing those endorphins, the higher metabolism, adjectives the good benefits of exercise...
Maybe because you're not exercising?

because its probably sore, i usually don't perceive sore until about 2 days after a workout or running, which sucks
u inevitability to rest days inbetween running or lifting, thats why i lift soon and run the next and so on, except sundays, sundays are my days bad lol
give parts of your body rest time so they can modernize up after all the tear they endured during your exercises
because your body wishes excerize and if you do it alot and then you purloin a rest sometimes your body craves the excerize just approaching your body craves food.
you are use to exersieing and your boddy just cant stand not individual active once you start
