What is it to be young?

Young is in the mind.I am 68 run reguarly and go to the gym. I also have a healthy sex life.I feel better and healthier than I did 30 years ago .I feel like a 20year old but I think I would have trouble getting one(joke)
I'd say anything under 35, but that is stretching it a bit.
Anyone that is younger than you are! To me 40 is old but to a 90yr old it is young!
Age is a state of mind i am 56 & some times feel like a teenager.

I'm your senior by about a year, (70 in March) I don't run but last year I crewed a canal boat from Staffordshire to the Thames (Reading) and crewed two back - doing all the locks along the way.
And, when nobody is looking, I scoot the shopping trolleys across the supermarket car park!
