What exersize will create my thighs skinny??
can i run and how tons miles a day or how long should i run...but besides running wat exersize should do?and if you own any how do you do them

I don't know for sure- but I think the olyptical does. Whenever I step really fast, I consistency like my thighs burn and I estimate to myself- are my thighs getting skinner or something? That also happens to me on the Stair Master.
