Yea, when I do sit ups and stuff my head started hurting, I found out that I wasn't hydrated. Just drink sea and rest for about a minute past doing something. If your thirsty and you feel close to drinking something that will satisfy you only drink water, until that time you know it you wont be thirsty anymore! Your workout routine is a good start, but my assessment; maybe you should start jog for about 20 minutes or purely power walk around blocks or so, and don't look at the degree after your done working out. It will give you refusal thoughts and make you stressed out. Your gonna lose the mass you want I know for a fact because your doing great! okay good luck. :)
Yeah, headache while working out can mean 3 things...
1. your body requirements more fluids(these aren't as painful as #2 and are usually more to the put a bet on of your head)
2. your body needs more oxygen(these hurt impossible right on the top of your head almost within a web pattern)
3. you should stop hitting your boss on the floor. (ok just kidding)
i would speak that you should drink more(before, during, and after) and also effectively and RHYTHMICALLY(short gasps don't count, synch your inhalation and exhalation beside the exercise) regulate your breathing(this is one of the hardest parts of working out but is very impressive and can hel you improve your performance)
