okay, well, i'm not the skinniest personality in the world and i'm dying to loose tubby, to be specific, the abbs.......t... stomach. school is going to start pretty soon and i want to look honest for the new academy year. so......this brings me to my question, How do you loose a pot belly stomach surrounded by 30 days?

Ok, your best bet is going swimming, drink lots of hose down, doing regular situps, and if you drink tea or coffee...don't!

1) Tea and coffee actually creates a saggy stomach
2) sea washes away fat and toxins, creating good skin (i.e. smaller number chance of getting spots as a bonus).
3) Swimming is great for loosing counterweight, but as you probably know loosing wieght is not easy surrounded by just 30 days...
Which is why swimming is the best solution. Why? because it tones the body, even if you don't enjoy time to loose lots of fat, the mass goes to the right areas, and physically you'll look much better, don't know why, but believe me you do!
