How do i extend my cardio workout and burn more calories lacking ratification out?

I usually do a cardio workout of about 22 mins(pre-cool down) 4 mins at 4.0 mph, 1 min of 5.0 mph, and the rest at 5.7 mph. I havent be to the gym in 2 days and be hoping to extend my workout and burn more calories. How can I pace myself for 40 minutes lacking passing out? I be hoping to run 4-5 miles instead of the usual 2.3 or so...

do cardio exercise that burns more calories in smaller quantity time! Try the elliptical trainer or spin classes
You can other change your speed and lower it to dance farther. Try doing 5.0 for 15 or 20 mins. then finishing at 5.3-5.7 mph for the end 5 mins. or so. Just a few tenths slower might help you to move about the distance!
you can always lower the speed.but ego suggest lifting weights first This way GH is produced which help break down fats faster...that agency when you run you would burn more cal's natuarly...then if you increase your time it would burn even more...but remember sometimes its better to run shorter and faster than longer and slower.
I other drink a fruit juice and marine, rather than a short time ago water when doing cardio. It keep your blood sugar up so you don't pass out. Something approaching a lemonade works well. Also remember the faster you budge the more you burn, so don't focus on how long you can go. Compare your body to a coup¨¦. The car uses more gas when you hold the pedal to the floor than it does when you put along at 10 miles an hour.
If you are passing out during a low impact cardio workout later you are not eating adequate before appendage. Try eating something small probably a piece of fruit with some sort of lean protein (fish or chicken) an hour and a partly before working out. This will impart you the energy to push through your workout but still allow you to burn obese.
