I have lost close to 45 lbs so far since the conclude of April 2007. I have lost alot of my stomach, and facial chubbiness.. I still hold a little to be in motion! My arms never seem resembling they are going to go away! For me my arms are going to be the finishing to go!? What be the last to jump during your weight loss flight? Or what do you think will be the ending to go for you?


Answers:    try doing reps near small hand weights..lantern weight and greatly of reps tone you up, but dont bulk you...heavy weights will bulk you...merely a tip...Anyways my tummy is always my problem nouns.my face and arms other go first
