all right...its very sick but u could loose a lot or rather depending on how much u did.if u were terribly active u could lose closely but if u just sit around...you would loose weight but you wouldnt loose a TON OF WEIGHT

You'd MAYBE lose 1 pound depending on how stirring you are. The scale may read smaller number but that will only be due to river. You won't actually lose body consignment (in pounds) until after about 3 days.
You might lose partly a pound or more, but the results would not be dramatic or as much as a malnourished stomach would be. Your body would however gain vitality by burning off your muscles, which are heavier than margarine but you need muscle to do simple things close to lifting a remote or food into your mouth.
