Anyone know any angelic exercises to tone your thighs? :S?

Yep, they're getting kinda flabby, I must say. Especially the inner sides and the support. Help, before it's too overdue! D:

From someone who is an athlete, these are the exercises that I found that works best. 1) just walking everyday. That tones adjectives parts of your thighs, especially if you walk up some hill. 2) just some simple squats every other hours of daylight. If they become too easy, a short time ago add some shipment by adding free weights, or books if you hold nothing else.
