I take 1kg of standard lamp weights to tone my arms but how many reps and sets do i have need of to do to avoid my muscles from bulking?

In 1 week, how many times should i do it?

Do i enjoy to do it consecutively?


Answers:    maybe 10 reps for 3 sets

3 non-consecutive times surrounded by a week because your muscles need to rest
satisfactory weight where on earth you struggle to complete 15. think of no discomfort no gain
