8.00 am do a little cardio basically to break a sweat.
8.30 am have some breakfast. close to 4or 5 boiled eggs white only. I don`t know a wheat toast.
11.00am have an within between meal snack resembling a high protein shaft or a protein shake.
2.00pm have lunch. Like grilled chicken steamed veggies.
5.00pm enjoy another in between snack.
6.30pm progress out and run, jog, do lots of cardio. Its better if you wear resembling a black plastic or a sweat belt so you can sweat allot.
9.00pm eat dinner something flimsy like a tuna beside lemon that works great.

Drink lots of WATER. 1 gallon a day. You'll see hurried results.
ok well...in shape is exercising, eating fruits and vegetables and stuff similar to that and im not gonna say what to do that is to say unhealthy cuz...its of late not right..you shouldnt do that

Protien Shakes and Tuna. Or egg whites and tuna. I lost about 30 lbs. surrounded by 2 months doing this. Gained it all rear legs 6 months later. Can't live that channel forever.

Healthy way: You are going to own to eat a low-cal diet (1200-1500 calories), while exercising on a each day basis. Please, dont do cocaine because i said that. purely diet and exercise, it takes longer, but, i scrounging, c'mon, man!
