stick a pic of someones body u wanna have on ur mirror and aim for it everyday :) could be from a magazine or something or a eminence
To tell you the truth, if you fashion exercising a hobby it can actually be fun. The hardest subdivision of exercising is getting through that first few weeks. Make it a routine. Workout at the same time adjectives the time so it becomes element of your daily rota and you can't say that you don't own time because you have already fit it into your diary.
I have three motivations I use for counterbalance loss.

~Take a Pic of your favorite celeb or anyone you know that has a righteous body and post that somewhere.

~Buy a Size Smaller Jeans or Shirt and aim for 1 or 2lb weight loss.

~When you take that slice of pizza of a handful of chips, ask yourself. "Is this gonna help me next to my weight loss"
