the morning before trademark sure you eat plentifully of carbs like bagels, bread etc. stay away from dairy and don't frink gatorade the daylight of therace becuase the sugar will stay in ur stomach and after u'll cramp up. don't eat too oodles carbs the day of the see. noo dairy the day of the see either. drink hose today and tomorrow. sry i know a lot more or less this stuff. eat lots of bananas for potassium. some tips would be that uf you know that you can, sprint the entire time. if you know you can't do this than start out slow and pick up speed throughout the see. you don't want to have any spirit left within the end becuase that mode that you didn't give it your adjectives. good luck near everything. hope you win. i am the captain of a cross country running squad.

Well pasta type stuff are obedient to eat b4 running but for breakfast u cant really but cereal and a piece of fruit r the best selection 4 ur breakfast. energy drinks dont certainly work that much so water or liquid would b fine but no sugary drinks like coke. this is true because i am a runner myself and i own strict diet routines from my coach.
