Is a stationary bike enough cardio for me, height issues?

I am 16 5'9'' and weighs 140-145 lbs, I will be on the bike for say 40 minutes is that enough since I am pumping iron at a gym, the weight I am lifting is one step higher than moderate(not too heavy, but not light either) do you think that would stunt my growth
