When I exercise I win Headaches Why?

It's usually regular for a person who is a moment ago starting to exercise to be getting headaches...It's becuase you're body is have to handle the stress that you are making it progress through..Don't worry...Once your body get use to the fact that you are exercising, the headache will go away...But if they maintain happening, that's when you should really conjecture about going to a strength clinic or something...

Perhaps run Ibu Profen (Advil is great!).

Sounds like you want to lower the intensity a little. Keep your heart rate below 85% of its max. Somewhere between 50% and 85% of your max is where on earth you need to be.
