It depends on what your insurance covers, at least surrounded by my case. Mine singular cost me 15 bucks per visit. However in need insurance, I suppose it would be quite a bit more.

I had assist from my local health department after i have each of my sons. I have to have a nurse come over, and she also be the area nutritionist. It be free for me. Go down to your local health department or something compatable, explain that you want to put away healthy foods, but you call for help and some guidelines to follow. They should be capable of have you make conversation to someone or at least confer you a menu to follow. Think of it this way, if you do ask, the worst article they could say is no, but more commonly than not, they'll help you any track possible. Give it a shot, that's what they're there for. It may cost you, but these types of organization usually go on a sliding size or just by donations.
