exercise and diet tips

Answer:
Eat a healthy diet consisting of veggies, fruits, whole grain (breads and pastas) and plenty of lean sources of protein (like baked chicken, skim milk, egg whites, tofu, etc. Nothing fried!). The protein part is important when trying to build muscles, so make sure you get enough! Drink lots of water!!

As for exercise, pick a cardio workout you enjoy and do that most days out of the week. The fact that you enjoy it is important because consistency is what gets results, and you will be more likely to be consistent when you love working out. As for strength training, it is important to wait 48 hours in between sessions. Your muscles develop microscopic tears in them when strength training, and they need time to rebuild. Either do your whole routine every other day, or do your upper body one day and lower the next.
