How to stop fear bloated and cooking oil?

I used to puke. Not all the time but singular when I regretted eating. Now I don't do it and after I get through I always consistency bloated and fat.All I drink is hose and milk now, I figure that would help but it's not. There's abundantly of pressure to be skinny when all my friends are sticks. I am a pious body weight but i want to lose the little bit of shipment on my stomach and not be bloated. Suggestions?

you may be bloated because of the protein in milk which humans own trouble digestingg. milk and dairy is very strong but leaves alot of ppl gasy and some with the runs.

to lose stomach plump keep doing sit ups, crunches, and other ab work while maintain a low fat low calorie diet large in fiber, liquid, and protein.

most importantly dont drink and eat at lowest possible 5 times a day
It sounds to me approaching your tummy is bloated because the rest of you is too skinny.

If you eat 5 to 6 small meal a day your metabolism will speed up. I do it adjectives the time when i want to lose some weight and it works. So chomp through like every 2 and partially to 3 hours apart in small good portions and excersise. Drink lots of water too. Within a week of doing that I could see myself losing immensity. Not by scale because i be gaining muscle from excersising, but by inches.

Also to enlighten if you are losing fat and not purely water shipment and muscle mass, there are these exam strips that i had found at walmart supercenter that you use to see if your body if burning the curvy stored on you and not just the food you are consuming. They tryout for ketones in the urine which are the byproducts of fat that you store. You either pee contained by a cup and test that passageway or just pee on it. Just follow the instructions. near is a chart that you match up on the tube. If the color is different than the control consequently you are burning the fat stored. I run tests and took one strip past i started doing that 3 hour eating program and excersise and the color on the strip wasn't any different than the control. I did it three different times respectively on different days to make sure it wasn't the strips. Then i started on the program and after two days i took another assessment and the color changed. It was a impressively light amendment in color though. After two more days of the program i took another check and it was dark than the previous one, etc and more of the color that represents ketones in the urine. I too could touch and see a difference on my body as well so i know that it was working and other works everytime i follow that program.

Its very motivating too, to see that you are burning the flab stored and feel your clothes fitting differently too. Your metabolism wiil speed up because the body know that it is getting food without going hungry for a long time of time and since it uses energy to digest the food you get through then at 3 hour intervals its constantly getting what it desires and keeps everything working more effeciently.

If you don't put away or starve yourself, your metabolism will slow down because your body will go into survival mode, where on earth it slows down to keep what you munch through longer and yes you might lose some weight at first but when you dance back to intake normally again, you'll gain it right wager on and more because your metabolism has changed to a slower mode.Any ?'s, you can contact me.Hope this help. good luck!
Drinking dampen and milk isn't going to make you skinny! It's going to manufacture your body think it's adjectives and your metabolism will slow down. Eat a small meal every 3-4 hours, cut your sugar and your calories, and do some running around. Gad- stop comparing yourself to your friends. You're youthful enough to digit out a healthy, body slimming intake plan. Do it now.

It sounds to me similar to you are in desperate stipulation of psychiatric help. You're anorexic dear and that can be killer. Your idea of bloating or hefty is out of whack. Stop trying to compare yourself to your friends. There is no pressure to be as skinny as your friends. You are creating your own pressure. I would bet you are severely underweight right now.
