I own a horse, and I ride. My cupboards are bare, but my ancestral eats out EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! AND MORNING
Yeah, My parents Support me, and I ask to drink in every dark, but we just do not hold time. Dad works 12 hours, mom has to pinch care of 8 horses. But I do receive to spend time with them at most minuscule. They are wonderful so just please don't send for them mean :) Thanks.
And yes, mom weigh 200+, dad weighs 223... Sigh...

OMG! i'm 11 too! i also ride horses, i do struggle with my weightiness, but only a touch...try reading "THE 3 hour diet for teens" by Jorge Cruise, you can check it out from the library; i am on day 5 and enjoy already lost 4 pounds; take it from somebody contained by your same shoes...
Sweetheart, have you ever tried unfolding your parents how you are feeling? Maybe they can net an appointment with your family unit doctor and he/she can get you on some sort of a plan. Also if you enjoy any type of guidance counseling at school I would try that or speaking beside your gym teacher. Good luck to you honey.
very well first things first u got to get through healthier. going out every hours of darkness isnt good but if its ur with the sole purpose choice,get things approaching salads and fruit and skip deserts. Try to get ur parents to lift u to a market and if u succeed,buy fit foods like yogurt,complete wheat or wheat bread,veggies,salad mixes,go to ur deli and win cheese so it hasnt been proceseed, and things similar to tht. be more active similar to walk/run for 30 min. a day.

My granddaughter was a bit overweight and she stopped intake suger. She stopped eating soda and treats. She stopped going out to guzzle cuz she says near is too much temptation.
It must be extra sturdy not getting your family's support. Doing this on your own is extra difficult. You are almost 12. Can you cook for yourself some healthy food? Cut your potions down (maybe by 1/2 at first) and surely No treats. You are young and involved and you will get results swiftly. The longer you keep the shipment on, the more your body will resist losing it.
There are a million diet and exercise plans. Just choose a healthy one. There is also some wonderful cargo loss camps for kids where on earth you can learn how to do this and also form friends with kids going through one and the same thing. I don't know where on earth you are but Camp La Jolla, in California is affiliated near UCLA and Oprah recommend. It's a good one.

hey girl, i no what your going threw, i watch my sister go threw it, she be exactly like you at your age! she feel the same method! and i am going to say it point blank, it is your parents criticize! piriod! you are only 11 they should be law you about form and not eating out adjectives the time, you are only 11 and you cant budge to the supermarket and buy yourself the healthy foods you no, its a firm situation!
okay so this is what my sister did and it worked!!
she had for a time jurnal and she wrote down all her thoughts in the region of being "fat" and made fun of and how she lately wished our parents would transfer all that stuff, she gone laying around tricking her parents into reading it.. they go to my sis and was resembling omg i didnt know this is how you felt almost us, lol her plan worked.. what you can do is write a grociery list for your mom next to healthy foods you similar to because what you eat is a VERY VERY bug point in counterbalance loose, i no you may not like most of the vigorous foods, but you will eventually. if she doesnt buy you your health foods dispatch her on a guilt trip..
as for exersising it is perfect because its summer, swimming is one of the best ways to loose immensity, and fast! lap around the pool you no.. and running is good to..

Eat only when hungry. Not when your belly tell you it wants food. Only when you are hungry. Don't drink diet soda simply don't drink soda. When you want anything sweet guzzle fruit or veggies. Do not eat inwardly 3 hours of bed. It takes a few hours for our bodies to digest. Eat ample food to be satified but avoid eating more. Take longer to drink. Rather than watch tv run or simply take a pace. And remember you are young ,your body is going to lose and gain alot over the subsequent 10 years.
And if people are making fun of you because of how you look oh economically , do you really want those types of people to be your friends? when relations make fun of other society its usually because they don't really like themselves.
If your kinfolk eats out alot remember most places enjoy something healthly.
weight doesn't parsimonious anything anyways the only piece that matters is that you discern right about yourself. If your folks are super busy after maybe you could cram to cook for yourself and them. You can do anything you set your mind to but please don't diet just metamorphose your current eating customs

I know- I be a farm girl. At your age I could "out lift" and be stronger than most boys 5 years older than me! Moving a thousand pound animal and its gear around it deeply hard. I don't know masses city girls (no offense gals) that could lift that pack of grain near ease one contained by the truck, then out of the truck, later in the nurture bin, then open out it bear hand, haul two gallon buckets of food twice a daylight to feed and never see it.
Muscles do weight like mad more that fat!

So start to eat, more fish protein and nuts...lots of lightly cooked veggies, cut out the fried stuff (that's hard) and put a lid on the sodas! Don't STOP consumption or cut it back, that distribute a signal of starvation and you will actually gain more counterbalance.
In Junior high, I talk to the school coach within the summer time around June 10th, called up to the college and asked them to have her appointment me at home about qualify for the "track team" in the fall over. She was greatly sweet and supportative and offered to meet me at the track, on the other hand I couldn't do that, since both folks worked and we had a working cattle farm.
She told me "how much and how long and what TIME". I needed to run to qualify, so I took that information and made it my own, I literally ran the barrier lines, in jeans, boots and long sleeves, to and from the barn, carrying a emtpy bucket or something heavier to fashion me stronger and jumping them and after put on track shoes and started jumping those barrels. It be freaking hard and I looked resembling a fool. I was contained by the country and didn't much care what anyone thought. I run around that fence column for three solid hours EVERY DAY. I knew my animals thought I have gone nuts. I got consent to run over to my grand mothers house and support, never realizing that be a 2 mile run each mode. So I trained myself.
I mom figured it out and supported me, my Dad tease me and asked if I was going out for football, not track.
Okay mid august rolled around, my Dad dropped me stale at 6am on his way to work, the try out be at 10am. I was nearly nude without the arable farm clothes on, it seemed.
I be the shortest girl and the others teased me. In t-shirt, shorts and track shoes, I out run and out jumped every varisty girl on the troop, except one. The coach "knew" I was gonna do it, she said. Then asked me if I 'had ever needed to be on the team" and I just smiled. She know, I was sick and tired of anyone a fat. I never fixed track, yet contained by gym class, I was the best surrounded by everything. Which was so funny, because every class, they tease me, and I whooped them each time.
That started a love of running, that kept me tough, yet I own never been limited. I'm still short and round. Healthy & Happy.
