Why do I have a feeling so guilty?!?!?! Please please help out! Did I munch through too much?

- 1/2 cup of mango
Is that too much food for brunch?!? The total calories is 360 calories. I'm a 13 year old girl who weigh 100 pounds. I need to lose 6 pounds b/c I REALLY want to be 94 pounds. Should I newly starve myself for the rest of the day?

you didn't drink to much any where from 300 to 500 calories for a spread is okay!!
But I think that you should really presume about losing those 6lbs because at 13 years you should substance around 100.so I think that you are at a tough weight!!

No, you didn't chomp through too much. Were you hungry before you ate? Did you stop consumption once you weren't hungry? Did you realize that counting calories at only 13 might be a touch much? Four pounds over isn't going to matter much over time. Just don't meld into the couch, you'll be fine.

You really shouldn't starve yourself. Your single 13 and your body is still growing you need adjectives the nutrients you can get surrounded by a day. It's not close to you just ate 12 candy bar. You ate really healthy. If you maintain eating tough and exercise regularly then you won't enjoy a problem with your counterbalance. And it sounds like your not overweight as it is. So surrounded by my opinion you are doing of late fine.

I really don't think you want to lose any more pounds.. being to skinny is no perfect plus it is unatractive for boys your age... plus starving your self for a intact day is harmful. take a look at Nicole Richy her bones sticking out and shes over 20 years ripened, know imagine your body and you anyone 13? even she realize that being to skinny is not fit and shes working on gaining some pounds.. agree to me tell u something one of my friends used to starve for a full day lacking eating and the hours of daylight she will get 2 guzzle something it would B only a banana w/ sea know shes at the hospital trying to fight for her time..the doctors say out of 100% she one and only has the randomness of a 10% to fight for her go she kept this whole item by her self for almost 6months know she regrets it... plz be healthy they might be cruel ancestors out there whom might be describing you your over weight but I focus their CRAZY!!

It is never Ok to starve yourself. It is sickly to not eat. Your body requirements that nutrtion, especially at 13 years old. Please speak to a coucelor or a trusted full-grown (perhaps your health trainer?) to get information on what the nourishing weight for your body type and height above sea level are. 94 pounds is not a healthy weightiness for any person above 5 foot tall and I believe that you may hold a serious issues with your self esteem. I know that individual a teenager is tough and your peers can be brutal roughly your outer appearance, but if there is someone surrounded by your life explicitly making you feel that you must lose freight, you need to grasp away from them. Those women in magazine are NOT what a woman should look like and trust me men (guys contained by your case) are not looking for the sunken cheek, no curve, runway, walking hanger girls that are just that...walking hanger...most guys like a girl that have a good attitude, and is fun to be around. If they expect you to look a definite way to be next to them, they are the one with a problem, not you. If you are constantly griping in the order of your weight they will not want to be around you...explicitly not fun.you are only a teen once...so get hold of out there and guzzle a few peices of fruit...and yes its okay to spurge and eat candy every presently and then, only don't eat nil but junk, and you will be fine.
Never quality guilty about intake healthful foods...I guarentee that you are WAY ahead of most people your age when it comes to knowing the difference between fit food and junk...basically don't obsess and ask for comfort
