How much immensity will i lose if i run/walk ten miles a hours of daylight, which equals up to 12,863 caloreis a year?

that i lose...i weight 155 and solely eat 950 calories a afternoon?

Answer:
3.67 pounds. It takes 3500 calories to burn one pound. Remember to subtract from the 12,863 the calories you would enjoy burned during that time if you hadn't been running.
3,000 Calories is equvilant to 1 lb.
That newly depends on your metabolism and how much your body burns. Its hard to say aloud..No one can truly answer that question but save up the good work>>>>
I don't ponder that running ten miles a day burns 12,863 calories. I muse your math is off in that.

But, generally, if you burn 3,500 calories you will lose one pound.

If you are simply eating 950 calories a time then you will probably already lose roughly speaking one pound a week.

It is recommended that women do not eat below 1,200 calories a daylight for their health. I'd suggest that you up your calorie intake to receive sure you do not have a defect.

Hope that's helpful!
idk? alot i contemplate! calories r hard to burn and i imagine if u weigh 155 ur in apposite shape! how old r u?
very well u will harm ur body and might die. i be reading a story bout a girl who ran 10-15 mi. every time and only ate deserts and friut. she get so skinny she died at age 20 weighing one and only 68 lbs. and she was approaching 5"5 or more and trust me after loosing just 15 lbs she looked horrible so if u wanna be anerexic looking and possibly die go ahead.
a pound is more or less 3500 calories but also remember that ur body burns about 1500-2000 calories a sunshine without doing anything..devour more than 960 a day if ur gunna run that much u could wobbly on the street
well that simply doesnt add up. if you whip in 950 calories, and burn sour over 12,000, then how surrounded by the HELL will you have any spirit. You'll pass out and be lay on the side of the road with your tounge flaccid out before you bring to ten miles. you cant burn off what you dont lug in. your concept is NOT a good one
You will own to burn 3,000 calories a/day to lose one pound.

I think perchance you're at a plateu. Your body probably needs a break. Doesn't nouns like your drinking enough. Try speeding up your metabolism by snacking more and append alittle bit of flax seed to your diet.

Good luck and please don't over do it!
That is really tough to burn 12,000 calories a day...you would hold to eat A LOT more calories contained by order to stay in good health.otherwise, that would not be smart to only chomp through that amount and burn that many calories.
Tons, depending on whether you necessitate to or not. You need to munch through way more calories. Sounds funny, but your body requirements fuel to burn calories. You need breakfast, a snack, lunch, a snack, dinner, snack plus lots of river.

If you eat that little, you will wreck your heart and muscles and be extremely sick instead of healthy. You probably have need of 5,000 calories a day a short time ago to maintain your bulk, but could certainly get through around 3,000 and lose weight if go 10 miles. If you just did one hour a daylight and ate 2500 calories, you would lose weight steady and hang on to it off in need all the ups and downs.

You should not munch through less than 1500 calories a afternoon if you are exercising at all. You will wreck your chemical harmonize and load yourself up for hunger problems.

Treat yourself well. Eat vigorous, exercise within grounds, and enjoy your go.

Check out mypyramid.gov for an example of calories you need compared to animation put out. It is a good site stale the FDA site.
That number is all wrong. A 160-pound soul burns about 100 calories per mile while jog. (There are individual differences, but that's a good estimate.). So surrounded by 10 miles you'd burn 1000 calories, not 12,863.

Human fat contains give or take a few 3500 calories/pound. So if you could jog 10 miles per hours of daylight, you'd lose 7000 calories or 2 pounds per week, assuming you didn't change your caloric intake.

If you're solely eating 950 cal/day, you must be losing solidity now because it take about 1200 cal per 100 pounds (1800 cal surrounded by your case) every day lately to stay even at a totally inert state (like contained by a coma). You'd be about 1000 cal/day short, so you'd be losing 2 pounds a week only just because of that, without exercising. If you're not losing immediately, you must be counting calories wrong.

I certainly wouldn't recommend trying to run 10 mile per sunshine. Even people who are seriously training for a grand usually don't run that much every day.
I am sorry but I have an idea that your math is off.

A 155 lb individual running 11 miles per hour would burn about 20 calories per minute. So 20 into 12,000 is 600 minutes or 10 hours. That is 10 hours of pretty firm running.

Your stated 10 miles of running would burn about 1000 calories. Now from that assumption, look at what would start.

To maintain a body counterbalance of 155 lbs you should consume about 2300 per daylight. Eating 950 calories per day puts you to the glum 1350 per day or 9450 per week. 3500 calories equals a lb, so you could loose in the order of 2.7 lbs per week with no exercise.

Add contained by the 1000 calories per day loss from running and - all right your weight will be, "0" contained by no time flat. Kidding a little, but watch out. I am a nurse, not a nutritional or exercise expert but, I do not think this is a not detrimental venture.

Just surmise, another term for calorie is zest, and your caloric intake of 950 is not even enough fuel or punch to support the 1000 your burning or maintain a on form situation.
