Body type exercises?

I am 22 yr old and chomp through well. I usually run 3-4 times a week.

This is a strange question, but when I stop running for even a week, I will with the sole purpose start gaining weightiness in my butt..

Would in that be a reason for this? Are in that better exercises more suitable for my body type?

Answer:
If you enjoy running next do not stop. Any exercise is only beneficial if you preserve doing it so ofcourse weight go back on if you stop. I other notice weightiness on my hips and thighs first when I stop exercising so I am hearing your plight, beleive me!
Include some strength training contained by your routine
Try lunges or squats for the lower body and pushups and dips for the upper body. Research the exercises on the net as nearby are heaps of variations you can try for adjectives these exercises depending on your ability and what you approaching.
Yes that's the age were you start getting a lower metabolism. But if you devour healthy and run past its sell-by date ten then you do stay contained by shape.
i would do leg lifts and sit UPS, if i be you if you stop ruining. you only gain loaf in your but because you solely certain types of fat.
