This is all I plan to put away today...is it too much?
The total calories is about 420.
I know it doesn't come across like alot of calories, but I purely gained THREE pounds after a week long leave where I didn't excersise and ate so much doomed to failure food (pasta, pizza, hamburgers, french fries, caramel apples, ice cream, candy, cookies, brownies, etc.) How can I lose counterbalance?
I am currently: 99 pounds, five feet, 13 years behind the times
