How do you win rid of thigh/leg and stomach plump?

Answer:
I'm in a training program at my academy at this is the workout that we do in these specific areas:

To aid your Stomach/Belly -

Crunches (lay down with your knees bent and a short time ago sit up enough for your shoulders to draw from off the ground)

Sit-ups (lay down wih you knees bent and sit up to your knees, your rear should be completely off the ground)

Crossovers (sit on ur butt near your legs up and twist side to side)

Small suit-cases (lay flat after bring up your knees and your body and lay flat again, repeat)

Large suit-cases (Same thing as small suit-cases except you bring up your unbroken leg)




To help your Legs/Thighs -

Running (The best and easiest opening to help your legs )

Walking

Jogging

Leg Press (Go to a gym and theres usually a leg press contraption where you laydown and put lots of shipment on the machine and a short time ago push the weight next to your legs)

Squats (This is great for legs, thighs and your shoulder too, go to a gym and find a Squat Machine, put bulk on both sides and squat down then rear up and repeat)




All this has really turned my natural life around, i used to not be athletic at all i used to be on the computer adjectives the time, now i play football and lacrosse at my arts school and i feel great

Having someone work out beside you is probably a good thought because you can keep pushing respectively other to reach that extra mile, and if you desire to use the Squat Machine BE SURE YOU HAVE SOMEBODY SPOTTING YOU!!

After being contained by dance for a while you will see a big difference surrounded by your weight and you also will enjoy a lot more vitality. Also the south beach diet will sort you a lot improved.

i have an idea that u should do lots of cardio like biking, rollerblading or walking, swimming etc. for at tiniest 30 -45 min. a day 3 -5 days a week
