Want to lose weightiness!?

I'm 13 and weigh 135. I'm 5'3". I wear a size six but I want to be a zero close to my friend. My problem are my theighs. How can I lose 3 sizes FAST. HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP!!! Serious answers pleasee! I want this done by the end of the conservatory year. (before actually). I already have a 1000 calorie diet . I want to be a stick. Please sustain!

Remember that diet is only partially the solution. Its also important to excercise not just to increase your calories burned, but also to gain muscle mass as muscle helps you metabolize rotund much quicker, therefore you dont hold to diet so much. I dont think ur thinking straight,it is weak for somone ur age to have a 1000cal diet....u should aim for a improved weight instead of wanting to look resembling a "stick".Just keep a fighting fit diet and exercise.Dont obsess.Wats far-reaching is to be healthy....

try going on the stationary bike. start beside a level five and shift for 1 hour a day, consequently after about a week dance to level 8. and purely so you know, you actually enjoy to eat to know how to lose weight or your body starts in your favour up all the calories and keep you from losing weight. and your friend is probably one of those ancestors with a super nippy metabolism. all my friends are size 0s at Abercrombie and Fitch and i'm 15 its a moment ago the way some family are.
a 1000 calorie diet may work for a month but if you have the tiniest amount of food over that later, it will stick to you.

bump up your calories to 1500 at most minuscule and then supply exercise to burn the excess.

It's always better to chomp through moderately and exercise more, than to reduce your calories and exercise rather.

Also, for your information, at 13 years old, you are going to be sorely disappointed that you will not keep going your weight loss unless you do get through enough. Your body is still growing and will verbs to grow until you are about 18.

Also, if you are with ease bigger in the hip, butt and thigh, well brought-up luck trying to get into a size 0. I hold never seen anyone wear a size 0 that be taller than 5 feet.

PS Hollywood actress and models LIE about their weightiness, height, age and dress size. Believe it. If an actress say she is a six, then she's probably an 8. If a 6' model say she weighs 112, she really weigh more like 130. I know this to be true.
hey im 14 and im a size 0 but adjectives u really have to do is do sit ups verbs ups eat alot of fruit and vegtables and also seriously dont it bread [white bread]it is fundamentally fattening also if u like unwanted items food like me go and get low fat pretzals and chips and drink lots of hose down and if u want a soda make sure u singular have one a daylight oh yea u might want to eat low hefty yo-gurts

You don't enjoy the right attitude. If your friend is a size zero (whatever that way?) you should let her be. You want to be a stick? What does that right to be heard about you? Be your own personality and show some spine. Are you going to make yourself fed-up and possibly sick just to compete near a zero? Eat clean foods, speed walk at the track or pedal on a stationary bike to tone and trim your thighs but for God's sake, don't starve yourself or do anything crazy of late to be a nothing. Remember that it's not your size that will label people resembling you. It's in how confident you pass yourself and how you respect your body. Work on what's inside!!
