The Alli Diet Pill?
Answer:
You certainly don't hold to take the Alli Capsule near every meal. Basically, you are supposed to lug the pill so it will attach to 25% of the fatty acids you consume for THAT MEAL. So, if you have an "prominent function" and don't want to risk any embarrassment... walk ahead and skip the capsule for that sunshine if that's what you're asking.
While I'm not a physician or expert, from my experience I would say the side effects will change from person to creature based on metabolism/diet. If you put away fairly nourishing, you shouldn't see too much of a problem. And when you DO eat ill, the "side effects" can serve to help find you "back on track"... they are a nice little reminder!
They're doing an Consumer Review where on earth people can submit their experience using Alli and they're going to get going collecting honest testimonials from people using the diet. Just tracked down the cooperation:

Never take diet pills! Do some exercise, if you want to lose a couple of pounds 6 weeks of 25-30 minutes a year exercise with in proportion meals should do. It technique the occasional burger is ok. Follow the pyramid and eat roughly 1500 cal per day. Youll be surprised how this works out.
I enjoy no testimonials but as a pharmacist I can tell you that you of late need it when you munch through greasy, fatty meals, except you will be wasting you money, because if you undestand how it works, the only point that it does is to prevent the fat to grasp absorbed. So, when you devour those candies, cakes, chocolate and pizza because your totally stress for the wedding, appropriate you pill, not with you wholesome full of vegetables and fruit meals. Good luck, hope that it help!
i've been using alli for in the region of a week and haven't had any discharge. if you follow the opinion of eating 15 grams of portly, or less, at respectively meal, you shouldn't own a problem with side effects. it's recommended that you lift the pill at every meal that contains oil, but not more than 3 times a day. hope this help =]

I am doing the same article. trying to lose a couple lbs before my marriage ceremony.
I have be taking Alli for a few weeks and have lost 6 pounds... despite the certainty I have be stress eating!
I don't filch them when I am eating on top form (like with fruits, veggies, chicken & fish). They are designed to block podgy... if you don't eat overweight there isn't anything for the pills to do.
I nick them when I eat foods that I know hold fat surrounded by them (cheeses, red meat, pizza, etc).
It's not a magic pill... but it really does block the butter... which is when the "treatment" effects occur... a short time ago don't pig out on fats and you should be ok!
Good luck :)
