That guy doesn't know what he's talking give or take a few if that's all he said. Abs are one of those things that you can be pretty leniant roughly speaking. You can do them every single day, but be moderate beside the amount of exercise you do so they have time to restore to health, OR you can do it every other day, but if you do this you own to go ALL OUT! This is so on your sour day, your muscles are still rebuilding. I one-sidedly prefer to do it every other day, but find a system that works very well for you, and stick to it.
