I know crunches only build muscle, are in that any cardio excercises I can do? Plz list ALL the ones you know! Plz serve me. I am 13 5-1 and weigh 91 pounds. Plz list ALL of the cardio exercises u know.

How do you hold stomach fat? If i be you i would focus on getting muscle more than loosing fat. Im 13, womanly, 5'2 and weigh 109 and i have a six pack and no portly on my stomach, I do 200 sit ups a night, thats adjectives the help i can endow with you.
you still have to do cardio close to running, biking, etc. to lose the fat covering the muscle you build. you should also do other stomach exercises save for crunches such as the bycicle, reverse crunches, and some pilates movements. just travel to the 24 hour fitness website, or google it, and you can find alot.
