What are you have for breakfast tomorrow?
Answer:
I am going to hold a fruit salad (apples, pineapples, strawberries, grapes, honeydew, cantaloupe), Special K cereal, two hard-boiled eggs (whites only) and some breakfast sausage.
I know that's a big breakfast but I eventually end up burning it adjectives off! :)
I resembling to have fat-free yogurt beside some Kashi Go-Lean Crunch cereal in it. Then I enjoy some fruit on the side.
Wheat toast with peanut butter...wheat toast will provide you carbs for quick joie de vivre and peanut butter will give you protein for persistent energy.
Then guzzle a banana for potassium for your muscles.
oatmeal or whole wheat pancakes next to berries on top instead of butter and syrup, fruit, or smoothy with whey protein.
Either mini shredded wheat or special k beside yoguart bits. I think for exercising you inevitability some proteins. Maybe one egg and a piece of toast or a small bagel won't hurt ya, with a fruit (half a grapefruit or peach or peach or apple. Portion control is exalted as well. Not exactly sure what the rules are.
Eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffle, and some doughnuts.. :)
I reccomend you to eat porridge (it give you energy, engender you feel full and is healthy) the quaker apple and raisins oat is vastly nice and also easy to produce, you just put river or milk and then contained by the micro, a fruit and a boiled egg. Good luck with your exercises
