The grease smash diet...?

I have a couple of question about this diet...first cross-examine..how long does each phase end...second question...is this diet comfortable to follow and good for teens(im 17)also as you capture futher into the phases can you eat nippy food occasionally?(im young i own to treat myself sometimes)and last quiz if you cheat occasionally will you still lose weight?Only for family who have experience beside this diet. Phase 4 for energy every food you want come back including alchol & adjectives sweets/chips everything. the idea is your competent to now switch a snack or high large meal & jump back to your regular fitting habits you hold learned to retrain your body next to
good foods.

So here's the index of authorized foods for the first nine days. Basically, if it's not on here, you can't have it. This nine-day interval is called Detox (although I don't necessarily believe surrounded by detox, but that's another subject. That's just what this is called).

-Low fat dressing, No more than three tablespoons per salad
-Low overweight virgin olive oil, one or two teaspoons if grilling veggies

* this is a great diet i consider you should give it a try! It's fine if you treat yourself once contained by a while. Just don't get into the obsession of treating yourself cause after you'll go stale your diet.
