How copious miles should i run if i wanna lose 50 pounds within 3 within a partially months?

i weight 230 my height 5'6 am 16 yrs old.
and im consumption right.and doing cardio just started,.

Answer:
So that should be approx partly a pound a day... You should start bad with as much as you can touch, and slowly build up as you get more fit. You don't necessitate to be running the whole time, newly make sure you keep hold of moving at a good tread. Try maybe two miles every other light of day, speed walking/running. You need to rest every other daytime as it allows the muscle you were tear while exercising to rebuild. Also consider speed walking as studies own shown it is just as beneficial as running, but not as concrete on your knees.

Diet is also important, net sure to drink a TON of water, as it will save your system cleared out and suppress hunger a bit.

Good luck!
That's not really realistic. But you will own to burn 175000 calories, however you do that is up to you.
None. Running is not the answer for someone at your freight. Do swimming, elliptical trainer, stationary bike...something beside lower impact than running.
One pound is 3500 calories, therefore 50 pounds is 175000 calories. An hour of running burns roughly speaking 700 calories, so you would have to run for 250 hours to lose that shipment. A week is 168 hours, so this would mean running fulltime minus a break for even sleep for about a week-and-a-half.

You're going to enjoy to do some dieting as well.
weave karatee =)
You have to chomp through less calroies per sunshine than what your metabolic rate is. It takes 3600 calories smaller amount than your metabolic rate to lose one pound. You must build up muscle, not just cardio. This will incline your metabolic rate. You should not lose more than 2 lbs per week or you will rebound and gain more cargo. Your early shipment loss will mainly be dampen. You must eat smaller amount calories than your metabolic rate, do weight training, drink lots of river, and take a long array view. Read a motivational book and find the support of family and friends.
run exceedingly slow for 2 miles than get faster and run for 4 miles, never run for 10 miles or something resembling that, you will overtrain. instead go faster for 5 miles. run at most 6 miles. and DO NOT WEIGH YOURSELF, you could weigh 210 and be skinny because tubby can turn into lean, heavy muscle. you will become discouraged. weigh yourself when friends/family influence "have you gotten taller?/you look great/have you lost weight". Trust me I be in alike situation. It also helps if you hold a running buddy (even a dog helps). don't give up you will brand name it. and every now and next lift consignment and take a sunshine off and treat yourself unbelievably sparingly, and mind what you eat, flax grease hepls too.

PS - 50 lbs is unrealistic, try 20-30 in 3 months afterwards continue.
That's a moment or two bit aggressive, as it's over 3 pounds per week, which is an UNhealthy rate of loss, especially over a sustained period.

However, you could aim for an AVERAGE of 1.5 to 2 pounds per week and lose between 20 and 30 pounds over the 3.5 months you're chitchat about. The actual loss WILL fluctuate week to week if you do this through running (which is a extraordinarily healthy style to go).

Don't concentrate on the actual number on the scale - focus on the agency you will FEEL as you progress.

AND - Use Hal Higdon as a guide - he's a running coach who has a FREE website for adjectives levels, including beginners. Check it out at http://www.halhigdon.com

I be 30 pounds overweight a few years ago and dropped the weight by joining a charity ambitious team. The training be fantastic, and after a while the number on the scale didn't issue - the weight purely came sour and I moved and felt better.

Good luck!
I wouldn't utter it's how many miles you run... it's adjectives about how abundant calories you burn! Invest in a pedometer (counts how masses calories you burn while your working out). Use this tool to measure your progress and also to put into perspective those calories you are ingestion... when you see how much effort it take to burn off 300 calories, it'll bring in you think twice previously drinking a soda or eating a daypack of chips ;) The other people are right tho, 3500 calories= 1lb. They are also correct contained by saying that that trying to lose 50lbs surrounded by 3 months is unrealistic... 2lb a week MAX is the only full-bodied way to walk where you will also save it off for the long run! Remember this is not a short permanent status change, it is a lifelong redeploy.
Good luck honey!
