How do i prolong muscle??
I don't reflect on that's correct, but I'm not sure.
ALSO: I am currently doing HIIT/Steady cardio 3x a week and lifting heavy 2x a week.
Will that ensure that I save my muscles (at least minimize the muscle breakdown) while losing overweight? Or do I need to move up 3x a week and do cardio 2x a week? My goal is to lose lubricant and RETAIN muscle, not build muscle.

if any muscle is not used for 30-40 hours it begin to decrease within size maybe increase the number counterweight sessions but decrease the shipment being lift
dont know,but cardio if heavy will burn lotts of calories
