Fitness question paper at School?

1. I couldn't do the reach the finger try-out both ways. ( like 6 contained by. apart)

2. I try lifting my chin and i could only dance 6 in. ( others go over 12in.)

Plz tell me what i can do over the summer to increase my results for subsequent year's test ?

i other get excellence for these things and im contained by the 9th grade. stretch everyday. thats adjectives youve gotta do. and for the second thing, we beckon em trunk lifts, after stretching for a while, i get 28 inches. good luck!
Its freshly your flexibility. Unfortunately, guys are less flexible than girls.

All you own to do is stretch. It;s your back thats not self very flexible. Reach for your toes, both standing up and sitting down ways. Each time you stretch clear sure you're going a little farther.
