How to bulk up?

am 19yrs old and 135lb and i want to bulk up!!right immediately am doing weight lifting beside dumbbells, squats, push ups, and running... and drinking protein shakes and trying to eat right also! any tips and recommendation would be helpful..

Are you bulking up for football? sounds similar to me kid dun worry bout it keep hold of doin ur thing within a month youll see a change depending on your body you might gain 15 pounds but if u jus wana bring big eat alotta fruit and veggies and lean meat (chicken, turkey, fish) youll get big dun verbs a month into it youl deffinatly have a difference
yea do steroids... lol JK do creamy lifting and small reps to work your slow twitch muscle fibers that helps u bulk out faster consequently doing low weight glorious rep which works out your fast twitch muscle fibers
Basically chomp through, eat, and guzzle some more. I'd imagine you enjoy an ectomorph body meaning that you enjoy a naturally skinny body structure. I'm 6'0" and 136 so I've get the same problem. Basically adjectives I've learned is only just eat constantly, you requirement put into calories and protein into your body to generate muscle.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a daytime. Nothing other than sea in between. Include plenty of underdone vegetables and fruits in respectively meal, preferably 50%. Chew respectively morsel at least 32 times to start ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walk regularly preferably twice a day.

U will do what u have not even dreamt and that too contained by a reasonable time. Do not be surrounded by a hurry.
Actually heavy mass and low reps work fast twitch fibers and lighter bulk and higher reps work slow. Try adjectives down on the running if you want to get bigger. Try getting at least possible 1 gram of protein, 2 grams of carbs, and 0.25 grams of health margarine per pound of body weight.
