What are some stout foods to chomp through?

I'm into modeling and I need to lose body mass especially around my middle, I've get a bit of a pot belly. I weigh 128, and refuse to starve myself to do this, I be wondering what are some healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods to guzzle, that aren't fruit...I've been consumption that for days @_@

It is so good that you do not want to starve yourself! A lot of models do. Focusing on fine eating is a better selection. Eat fruits such as grapefruit with some lowfat cottage cheese or a great vegetable call edamame. They are Japanese soybeans and is really healthy. Best element of all, they morsel great! Excerise to lose some weight around your middle approaching doing some excerises. ( #1 on link below.) Also, incorporate some peppers to your diet too. Such cardio includes running, jog, walking,etc. Cardio and strength training excerises ( like join below) go together to lose counterweight. Another tip, drink Wu-Long Tea. It helps you lose weightiness too and it is healthy!
egg white omlettes -- NO YOLKS at adjectives
breakfast- oatmeal, rasin bran, wheaties and other healthy cereal, eggs

Lunch and dinner - tuna, salad, veggies, salmon, hailubut, chicken
baked cheetoes or baked doritoes or rold gold in that pretzeles and oatmeal for breakfest also try eating a small dinner but not to small similar to subway go nearby and run in place for 15 min every other daytime
romaine, broccoli, asparagus, carrots, cabbage, ect.
Whole grain. Fiber. Light meat. Calcium. Milk. Yogurt. Nuts.
So much healthy stuff out within. Try going to farmers market.
