I NEED TO LOSE 3lbs BEFORE 15 DAYSS!??

I need to lose 3lbs to fit into my dress for a marriage ceremony and it is almost zipping up. Should I stay on bulk watchers or what should I try? I want to eat a fit diet and I am exercising 4- 5 times a week. Thanks for everyones help. peace

If your intake healthy thats awesome virtuous start and the exercising if you only enjoy 15 days exercise everyday for more than half an hour cos your body wont start burning solid til then. i hope your consumption 5-6 SMALL meals a afternoon and not 3 large meal even if you are eating full-bodied you could be eating to much and your body cant digest adjectives the food and turns the excess into body fat.. but really if you workout or do cardio for close to an hour or more for the next 15 days you will drop this immensity.. think in the order of whats worse busting your **** for 15 days (i know its hard to motivate yourself) or getting to your nuptial and not fitting into your dress. you only enjoy 1 shot at this and if you put your mind to it you can do it... im a fitness instructor im not just axiom all of this for the sake of it... biddable luck and congratulations on your wedding i hope adjectives go's well...
oh yer and stay away from unpromising food mainly food lofty in carbs, carbs is what make you gain weight not so much the large unless its saturated obese stay away. if you dont know how many carbs are surrounded by your food look at the kilojules and divide by 3 that will tell you how several carbs are in your food...

I'm not within anyway saying starve yourself, but try drinking just a LITTLE smaller amount. Don't cut any of the food groups out, just guzzle a little smaller quantity of each one at respectively meal. Keep up the exercising.you should do fine! Good luck and congratulations on the nuptial!!

Hey in attendance. Well, for breakfast eat a slight one [ special k & fruit] , for lunch, I other have a fruit smoothie. Then for dinner, generate sure you have small proportions of doesn`t matter what your eating. Keep up the excercising..and IM SURE you'll lose 3 pounds. That's how I hold on to my weight bad.

Just 3 lbs? Drink a great deal of water to flush out your system. Keep excercising. And try to bring in sure the exercise you're doing is cardio. It will help better. Eat like mad of fiber filled foods too. Getting rid of 500 calories a morning through cutting calories and exercise is supposed to organize to 1 pound of weight loss a week. Just don't cut too much. It's not fighting fit and won't end up helping.
