What are some food that require as many, or almost as many calories to digest as they contain?

It's easy to find a list of negative calorie foods online. But what about other foods that take a lot of energy to digest. Should I just stick with high fiber foods and proteins? Can I find a list of these foods somewhere?

Answer:
I know celery is one of them...celery has like 5 calories...it barely has any...and it takes just about more energy as almost as much energy for ur body to digest the celery. also ICE COLD water will burn extra calories because since its ice cold, its too cold for the body, so ur body burns calories bringing it to a normal temperature. and water has no calories.
I'd like to know the answer to this as well. Please let me know when you have the answer.
